For decades, a global network of organisations has championed gender balanced leadership, and we are proud of the progress we have made - yet there is still much to do.
We firmly believe that better gender balance leads to a greater sensitivity to equality, and hence, a fairer world. For this reason, PWN Global is committed to the United Nations' strategic development goals (SDGs) 5, 10 and 17, to build a better world together.
To kick off the annual International Women's Day (IWD) celebrations in 2022, PWN Global is pleased to announce an inspiring event on the eve of IWD, March 7 at 7pm (CET). The event will have two distinct parts - an uplifting panel session to start, and action-oriented break-out groups to end.
At this event, we promise to:
INSPIRE YOU with three panelists who are extremely active in the gender balanced leadership space, who will share with you their concrete actions and observations in the political, diplomatic and industrial world.
Our speakers will also answer all of your questions.
GET YOU ACTIVE - Our innovative break-out sessions will support you to really develop actions that will advance gender equality, rather than just talk about it. This networking session, in small mixed groups, will be facilitated by PWN Lyon's TandeMW process, our "gender equality incubator" concept that is soon to be available throughout the PWN global network.
Our speakers will move between the break-out groups, to exchange with you, go further, or get inspired by your feedback on our issues and commitments.
Join us on the eve of IWD 2022 to #BreakTheBias
Book your ticket today! As a sign of solidarity, this event will be free for all (PWN Global members and non-members). To enrich the conversation, we encourage all our female members to invite your male colleagues, friends and family members to join in the conversatuon. Having diversity of thought in our conversations means we can all be the change we want to see, and we will be stronger together.
