Join us on June 15 for our first joint event with AkzoNobel. We are very excited to have David Golden in conversation with Monic Bührs and Roger Jakeman on the topic of having men as allies to support gender equity and balanced leadership.
The research shows that when men are deliberately engaged in gender inclusion programs, 96% of organizations see progress —compared to only 30% of organizations where men are not engaged. To create more and better male allies, organizations and women’s advocates should recognize that allyship can take many forms and varieties but what does it actually mean? How to engage? What is the real challenge in this? David, Monic, and Roger will share their experience and will also bring great deal of insights and practical tips. There will be plenty of room for interaction with both speakers as well.
In order to ensure that this evening has maximum impact, we ask you, if you can, to bring at least 1 male colleague, friend or partner with you. They can register and pay as a guest, also using the registration button below.
