4 Ways to Improve your Work-Life Balance: a Lunch & Learn workshop

Especially now that we’re still working from home, the boundaries between work and personal life have become blurred. Before you know it, your mind is focused on work 24/7.
Join this interactive workshop by Jenny Mason and learn 4 ways to improve your work-life balance.

The workshop consists of a number of exercises to:

  1. Calm your thoughts and come back to the present
  2. Increase your awareness of why and how work takes up more time than you would like
  3. Increase awareness of the importance of the things you love to enable more positive choices
  4. Illustrate the power of our thoughts and practice reprogramming our thoughts

Please bring a pen and notebook for the workshop.

Jenny Mason about herself: I am  a Transformation Coach. After over 30 years of working in the corporate world, I was finally able to tap into my inner Houdini, break out of the chains that bound me and take a leap of faith into the world of entrepreneurship. I went from change management and finance to living my passion to inspire people to live their best lives. Having found the key to breaking away from the life that was comfortable but captive, I now help others to go from survive to thrive!

I do 1:1 coaching and team coaching and I share my knowledge on increasing awareness to live more consciously and in alignment with your authentic self. I facilitate workshops and discussion groups on topics about awareness, consciousness and clarity, which allow people who feel trapped in their lives to get more insight on their drivers and their passions.
